Tammy desired to utilize her experience in helping women to strive for career success, specifically Black women. While working in the healthcare industry, Tammy was inspired to create a networking platform that help professional women receive access career opportunities. After creating numerous networking events, and the All About BeYOUty Expo, since 2018, she decided to expand Women Inspired Now Network organization to include resources, coaching programs and mentorship.

Tammy vision is to provide career growth, access and opportunity to a premier network of professional women in the workplace and in their personal lives. She wants each woman to receive equal opportunities for growth, to know their worth, discover their strengths and walk in their Purpose!

Nicole always had a passion for women empowerment. She’s an advocate for black women entrepreneurs. She is well diverse in creative thinking, artistic skills and effective communication. Her goal is to create entrepreneurs out of everyone who has a dream through her innovative business programs.

Nicole is dedicated to expanding the vision of the organization of providing professional and personal growth and career advancement of black women.

Erica Freeman| Event Planner| Communications Manager

Erica is very skilled in her decorative and design abilities. She has always mastered the art of event planning. She is a huge advocate of women empowerment and enjoys creating events centered around women professionals. Erica is an expert at creating an experience that will impact those who attend our events.

Erica is dedicated to planning networking events that will build and enlighten women in their career and personal development. She is a visionary with a goal!
